UK delivery

Standard delivery costs £5.95 for orders of £30 or less. Standard delivery is free on orders over £30 after discounts, excluding delivery charges.

When to expect your order

For orders of up to 20 products, estimated delivery is 6 to 9 working days with Standard, including preparation. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. We do not offer next-day delivery from the date you order.

Our fulfilment partner, Selfnamed, prepares and ships your products. Small orders normally require 2 full working days of preparation before dispatch. Larger orders take longer: please contact us before ordering more than 20 products for a delivery estimate.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier or customs delays can extend delivery. Available services and final charges are shown at checkout.

Tracking and help

We will send dispatch details when your order ships. If an order is delayed, damaged or missing, contact hello@kinrueskincare.com with your order number. If a carrier requests an unexpected import charge, contact us before paying so we can investigate.
