For order enquiries, please include your order number. For returns, contact us for the correct return instructions before posting your parcel.

Orders and payment

These terms apply to purchases through kinrueskincare.com. Please check your products, delivery details and order total before paying. Prices are in GBP. We are not VAT-registered and do not charge VAT separately. Delivery costs are shown before you place your order.

Our order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot supply an item, or identify an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment for an order we cannot accept. We will not substitute products or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Products and delivery

Product pages and packaging explain ingredients, intended use and relevant warnings. Follow the label directions and check ingredients before use. Individual results vary. Product photography may show minor colour differences between screens.

Delivery options, estimates and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days. We remain responsible for your goods until you or someone you nominate receives them.

Cancellations, returns and complaints

Our Refund Policy explains your cancellation rights, the limited hygiene exception, refunds and how to report faulty goods. Contact hello@kinrueskincare.com with any complaint and your order details. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain the mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home courts.
